ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Architectural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising architectural works to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate architectural works with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Supervise on-site architectural and finishing works.
• Ensure all architectural works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction issues.
• Monitor project progress and prepare site reports and documentation.
• Coordinate material submissions, shop drawings, and sample approvals.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with relevant authorities when required.
• Ensure timely completion of architectural works while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in building construction or architectural works.
• Able to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of Singapore building regulations and construction practices is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Experience with Revit is an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
