Job Summary

You will perform scheduled deliveryand collection of parcels and documents across Singapore, ensuring timely,accurate, and safe deliveries while maintaining clear communication with thedispatch team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect parcels (below 3 kg) and documents across Singapore according to scheduled routes
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on time to meet customer expectations
• Communicate promptly with the dispatch team to provide updates or report any delays during deliveries
• Follow all traffic and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain detailed logs of delivered items as Proof of Delivery for record-keeping and accountability
• Use mobile navigation apps effectively to plan and adjust routes for efficient delivery
• Work independently and take responsibility for managing daily delivery tasks
• Carry light to moderate loads safely during delivery operations

Required competencies andcertifications

• Valid Class 2B Singapore Driving Licence

Preferred competencies andqualifications

• Prior delivery or courier experience is an advantage
