Shift: 2am / 4am / 5am (Transport provided)
Prepare, laminate, shape, proof, and bake Viennoiseries to perfection
Ensure consistency in size, texture, and overall quality
Handle fillings, finishing, and daily production tasks
Follow recipes and SOPs to uphold artisanal standards
Maintain cleanliness of workspace and equipment
Manage ingredients efficiently and minimize wastage
