We're hiring a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to build and support CI/CD, release automation, environments, and monitoring across business-critical systems.

What you'll do:

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for production systems
• Support release automation across dev, QA, UAT, staging, and prod
• Build automation scripts and self-service operational tools
• Support monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability
• Lead triage and root cause analysis for deployment/platform incidents

What you'll need:

• 5+ years in DevOps, platform, or release engineering
• Hands-on CI/CD experience: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
• Strong scripting: PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Experience with release management and rollback planning
• Understanding of secrets management and secure delivery practices

Nice to have:

• Microsoft-based environments: Windows Server, IIS, .NET, Active Directory
• Infrastructure-as-code: Terraform, Bicep, Pulumi, Ansible
• Docker, Kubernetes, or Helm experience
• Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog, Splunk
• DevSecOps and pipeline-integrated security controls
