Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic Program & Events Executive to support engaging activities, events, and guest experiences across our parks. Ideal for individuals who enjoy a dynamic, family-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of daily programs, monthly activities, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
Prepare activity materials, props, equipment, and program setups before sessions.
Conduct on-ground support and assist in facilitating activities for guests.
Brief and guide part-time staff on activity flow, procedures, and guest engagement.
Monitor guest participation, attendance, and feedback to improve future programs.
Assist in festive events, holiday campaigns, themed events, and park activations.
Support event setup, decoration, operations, and teardown activities.
Manage activity stations, guest flow, and ensure smooth operations during events.
Assist with learning journey programmes for schools, including preparation of materials and supporting student groups.
Support corporate events, group bookings, and private functions.
Assist with partnership and sponsorship activations, including booth setup and on-site coordination.
Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and other departments to ensure successful programme delivery.
Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for all guests.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in events, hospitality, attractions, childcare, education, customer service, or related industries.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with good organisational and coordination skills.
Comfortable with hands-on operational work and interacting with children and families.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and during peak periods.
