Job Description:
- Oversee and manage daily operations to guarantee efficient and effective workflow.
- Allocate manpower strategically among the service crew to optimize operational efficiency.
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for all service crew members to
enhance their skills and customer service capabilities.
- Participate in the recruitment process to select highly qualified service crew members.
- Conduct detailed performance evaluations to assess crew competencies, providing
constructive feedback and setting goals for professional development.
- Foster a positive and professional workplace atmosphere that promotes teamwork,
communication, and employee morale.
- Ensure strict adherence to cleanliness and maintain the restaurant in compliance with all
health and safety regulations to provide a safe dining experience.
- Manage inventory with a focus on budget efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring the
availability of necessary supplies.
- Demonstrate leadership by setting clear expectations, leading by example, and
maintaining open lines of communication with the team to inspire and motivate employees
towards achieving business objectives.
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested by Direct Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Assistant Restaurant Manager : Minimum 2-3 years F&B Managerial Experience
- Restaurant Manager: Minimum 4 years F&B Managerial Experience
Shifts (depends on outlet):
- 10:30 AM – 10:00 PM (90 min break)
- 2:30 PM – 2:00 AM (90 min break)
