Accounting Officer

About Us

Level-Up Studio is a growing interior design and renovation company dedicated to delivering quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Accounting Officer to join our team and support our daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare quotations, invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and credit notes.
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Process supplier invoices and prepare timely payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in monthly financial closing and preparation of management reports.
• Prepare GST schedules and support tax-related submissions. (If Any)
• Process staff claims, petty cash, and expense reimbursements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities when required.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Support payroll processing and CPF submissions.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Provide administrative support and undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in construction or interior design is an advantage).
• Familiar with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
