Job Description

Investigation of nanoscale processes using in-situ/operando Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). Key research topics include phase transitions, materials growth, crystallization, catalysis, and electrochemistry.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related disciplines, with a proven ability for outstanding research that is reflected in applicants publication record.

Skills and Experience:

• Programming in Python (must), Image processing (desirable).
• Basics of Si Microfabrication and familiarity with lithography, wet and dry etch, liftoff process, etc. (desirable).
• Experience in Transmission Electron Microscopy (must).
• Experience in a nanomaterials synthesis (desirable) and electrochemistry (desirable)
