Job Descriptions

• Carry-out Conceptual Design
• Presentation
• Design Develop
• Working Drawing ( Architectural and Construction)
• Building Submissions
• Check and review all Architectural or any related drawings and documentation received from Client.
• Has knowledge in any related authority submission of projects

Job Requirements

• Diploma Holder/Bachelors' Degree in Architectural Design or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience for related field
• Able to use AutoCAD is required
• Strong 3D Rendering using 3D Max, is an advantage;
• Able to use Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Illustrator is an advantage
• Strong flair & creativity in planning & design conceptualization
• Strong in conceptual design, hand-sketches and model making
• Good in presentation skills
• Excellent in written and verbal communication
• Able to work independently
• Fast learner, able to work under pressure and meet target, responsible, highly motivated
• Positive working attitude, a team player and possess a "can do" attitude
