Junior Accountant, a position with a fast-growing, leading security and surveillance technology solution innovator in Singapore, with a vision to automate security services.  

Responsibilities  

• Prepare and maintain accurate full set of accounts for a group of small companies including: 

• Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system.

• Assist in the monthly and yearly closings.

• Maintain accurate financial records and statements.

• Prepare & post entries relating to AP, adjustment, accruals, prepayments to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately and timely. 

• Record bank payments & payroll transactions and perform monthly bank reconciliations.

• Issue monthly sales invoices.

• Maintain the Fixed Asset register and run monthly depreciation using the ERP system.

• Perform month end revaluation on AR & AP. 

• Reconcile interco transactions.

• Prepare monthly payments via online banking or cheque. 

• Retrieve reports from the accounting system for management use when required.

• Prepare quarterly GST report according to local tax regulations.

• Conduct ad hoc inventory stock count.

• Retrieve reports from the accounting system for management use when required.

• Assist in year end audit. 

• Any other duties assigned by supervisor and management.
