Responsibilities
- Sourcing and negotiating with Vendors/Suppliers or Contractors for products or services;
- Checking of documents and data-entry;
- Prepare, process and follow-up with purchase orders;
- Assist in cataloguing or researching technical details of products to be purchased;
- Assist in market survey of products for cost efficiency;
- Assist project personnel in monitoring of materials and cost control;
- Assist in the updating and monitoring of project accounts;
- Assist purchasing officer in stock adjustments and other relevant tasks;
- Resolve any discrepancy reported on the incoming goods with vendors;
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
