Brief Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and maintenance of essential systems in a dynamic banking environment. This role offers an opportunity to manage a team while interfacing directly with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) utilizing the Waterfall methodology.
• Oversee and mentor a team of 3–4 engineers.
• Develop and maintain end-user computing applications primarily using Microsoft Access and Excel.
• Create and support solutions involving SSIS, stored procedures, PowerShell scripts, SQL Server, and general database technologies on Windows Server.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, particularly the Bank’s IT Department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Banking IT Department or Consulting Firm.
• Proven hands-on development experience with at least one programming language; proficiency in Microsoft Access VBA, .NET, and C# is preferred.
• Strong foundation in database and server technologies, including SSIS, stored procedures, PowerShell scripts, SQL Server, and general database management on Windows Server.
• Ability to simplify complex situations logically for non-technical end-users.
• Excellent proactive communication skills with stakeholders and colleagues.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively within and across multiple teams.
• Adaptability to work within constrained development environments governed by strict banking policies.
