Location: Woodland / Tanjong Pagar (Near MRT)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Basic Salary + Commission + Performance Incentives
What You'll Be Doing
• Source and connect with potential candidates through various recruitment channels
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitable job opportunities
• Match candidates with roles based on their skills, experience, and career goals
• Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process from start to finish
• Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Self-driven and goal-oriented
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior recruitment or sales experience is an advantage, but not required
