Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the Company's curriculum framework.

  • Facilitate inquiry-based, project-based learning experiences that promote children's holistic development.

  • Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity and independent thinking.

  • Observe, assess and document children's learning and developmental progress.

  • Build positive and respectful partnerships with children, parents and colleagues.

  • Execute daily routines and classroom operations according to centre schedules.

  • Maintain children's portfolios, developmental records and required documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with ECDA regulations, centre policies and health & safety standards.

Requirements

  • ECDA-certified L1 or L2 Preschool Educator.

  • Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T/CECCE-T), Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education, or other ECDA-recognised qualification.

  • Experience teaching Nursery 1 (N1) and above in a preschool setting.

  • Experience implementing project-based or inquiry-based curriculum preferred.

  • Familiarity with the Reggio Emilia approach will be an advantage.

  • Strong communication, classroom management and interpersonal skills.

  • Passionate about early childhood education and committed to nurturing every child's potential.

  • Positive, proactive and collaborative team player.
