We need someone who is genuinely excellent at a craft and genuinely obsessed with anime, and we'll build the marketing vision around them.

Who You Are

• You're excellent at a craft and you know it. You can name what you're best at and back yourself on it without hedging.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in Marketing Services, Advertising Services, Technology, Information and Internet, or a related digital industry.
• Even better if you have a track record of measurable web or app marketing results, whether user acquisition, install growth, or campaign performance.
• Discipline-Agnostic: You might be an editor, designer, writer, community builder, or growth marketer. What matters is sharpness, directness, and pride in your work.
• You're deeply embedded in anime and fan culture. You do not need to be briefed on what is trending because you already know.
• You thrive in high-pressure startup environments and ship fast without losing taste.
• You take creative direction well and treat senior feedback as fuel, not friction

Working closely with the marketing team, you'll bring your craft to the engine room of our growth: direct, high-output, and proud of what you make. The marketing scope and strategy we'll coach into you. The craft and the passion have to come with you.

What You Will Do

• Lead With Your Craft: Bring the thing you're excellent at, whether video, design, writing, community, or growth, and apply it directly to acquisition and IP campaign work.
• Acquisition Output: Help produce the creative and content that fuels paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.
• IP Campaign Support: Contribute to IP campaigns under senior creative direction.
• Drive Platform Growth: Help grow the platform across our marketing channels, contributing to user acquisition and campaign performance across web and app.
