• Degree holder : Marketing/ Business Management or related discipline
• Good in PC skills
• FMCG: a must with minimum 6 years working experience
• Experience in budget: a must
• Experience in managing A&P: a must
• Experience with AC Nielson: preferably
• Experience with Focus Group: preferably
• English: C3 and above (SPM): preferably
• Math: C3 and above (SPM): preferably

• Formulates marketing strategies in alignment with the brand objectives.
• Develops short-term and long-term strategic marketing plans to meet the company’s expectations and delivers the annual budgets.
• Close partnership with Principal to identify opportunities, planning, reporting and monitoring of sales performance and consumer campaign results.
• Ensures marketing plans are efficiently implemented to meet targeted growth and achieve all milestones.
• Strategies, plans and implements ATL and BTL activities and events.
• Manages stocks forecasts and counter merchandizing.
• Prepares sales and marketing reports to facilitate brand review and analysis.
• Conduct presentations and meeting with sales team and retailers.
• Monitors competitors’ activities; analyzes pricing positions and activation.
• Analysis of market and consumer data to make strategic recommendations into the advertising and promotional strategies to drive the brand performance.
• Manages brand E-commerce official stores.
