E-commerce Marketing Executive (TikTok Shop, Shopee & Lazada)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada stores. 
• Plan and execute monthly campaigns, mega sale events (e.g. 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12), and promotional activities. 
• Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and pricing. 
• Monitor product performance, inventory, and stock availability to ensure smooth operations. 
• Set up vouchers, bundles, flash deals, free shipping campaigns, and platform promotions. 
• Manage platform advertising (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Shop Ads) to drive traffic and sales. 
• Analyze sales performance, campaign results, and key metrics to improve conversion and ROI. 
• Track competitors' pricing, promotions, and product trends. 
• Coordinate with the warehouse and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. 
• Work closely with the design and content team to prepare campaign banners, videos, and promotional materials. 
• Collaborate with TikTok affiliates, creators, and KOLs to increase brand awareness and sales. 
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports. 

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations. 
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada Seller Centre. 
• Knowledge of platform campaigns, vouchers, and advertising tools. 
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. 
• Good organizational and communication skills. 
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
