Responsibilities

Company: VIONDATA PARTNERS PTE. LTD. 
Location: CHIJ Secondary (Toa Payoh)  
Employment Type: Contract (1 Oct 2026 – 30 Sep 2027)  
Salary Range: $4500 - $4550 Monthly (Exclusive of CPF/Employer Costs, to be covered by VionData Partners) 

Working Hours: 

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm (1 hr lunch break) 

  • Fridays: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (1 hr lunch break) 

  • No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays  

About the Role 

We are seeking a competent and experienced AVA Executive to be deployed full-time to CHIJ Secondary (Toa Payoh). This role is a key position responsible for the school’s audio-visual, IT, and media production needs. 

As an employee of VionData Partners, you will be placed at the school to support the administrative functions of the school, working closely with the HOD/ICT and school management to ensure the smooth operation of all AV and IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Usage Support Services 

  • Provide audio, visual, and media services for school-wide events and activities (e.g., Assemblies, Mass Celebrations, Art Performances) . 

  • Conduct hands-on training for staff and students (Class Technology Representatives & Media/Infocomm Club) on classroom technology setup (AV/IT Equipment, Apple TV) . 

  • Assist in National Examination AV/IT setup . 

  • Troubleshoot PLD (Personal Learning Devices) issues for students and staff (including DMA matters) . 

2. Maintenance & Technical Services 

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and assess the usability of AVA equipment in all classrooms and specialised rooms (e.g., General Office PA, Hall, ISH) . 

  • Liaise with school personnel to coordinate the services, installation, and repairs of AV/IT equipment with external vendors . 

  • Provide technical support for staff when equipment malfunctions (Projectors, Visualizers, Apple TV) . 

3. Media & Videography Production 

  • Create and edit videos based on the school’s needs for events and publicity . 

  • Manage live event streaming and virtual event production (Zoom, Microsoft Teams) . 

4. Administrative & Inventory Management 

  • Facilitate the loan of AV equipment and maintain proper authorisation records for signing in/out of school equipment . 

  • Update and maintain equipment records, including Loan Books, maintenance/damage reports, and machine logs . 

  • Conduct routine inspections and cleaning of fixed AV/IT equipment.

Requirements & Qualifications 

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant AV or ICT experience in a school environment is mandatory .

- Skills:

  • Proficiency in AV Setup (Sound Systems, Projection Systems, Mixers) . 
  • Videography and Video Editing Skills (e.g., iMovie, Adobe Premiere, CapCut) . 
  • Experience with Apple TV and iOS Device Management . 
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams . 
  • Knowledge in logistics, maintenance, and inventory management is an advantage . 
  • Interpersonal: Professional working proficiency in spoken and written English, strong problem-solving skills, and a cooperative team player .
