Responsibilities
Hiring: Customer Care Officer (Mandarin Speaker) – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
We are looking for Mandarin-speaking Customer Care Officers to join a leading Banking & Insurance project.
Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
1–2 years of Customer Service (Voice Support) experience
Life Insurance/Banking contact center experience preferred
Strong English communication skills (B2 or above)
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: RM 4,200 + Performance Incentive
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
