Fresher Business Development

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Business Development to join our staffing and recruitment team. The intern will support business development activities, client engagement, market research, and recruitment coordination. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the staffing industry and an opportunity to develop communication, sales, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Schedule and attend client meetings to understand hiring requirements and business needs.
• Promote the company's staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions to potential clients.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the timely delivery of suitable candidates.
• Prepare proposals, service agreements, and business presentations.
• Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to support Mainland China clients
