About the Roles

Join a retail team as a Retail Operations Executive based in Chinatown, supporting both in-store and online operations. This is a permanent role with a 5.5-day work week (10:00am – 9:00pm), offering a competitive salary of up to $2,800 plus OT, AWS, and variable bonus, making it an attractive opportunity for those seeking stable income and growth in retail operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee daily retail counter activities and assist customers with their enquiries
• Deliver attentive and professional customer service, resolving issues effectively
• Handle store operations including stock checks, inventory control, and receiving goods
• Track stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to maintain availability
• Process and pack orders from both online platforms and walk-in customers
• Prepare and verify orders for logistics collection, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
• Liaise with retail, warehouse, and e-commerce teams to ensure smooth operations
• Support ad hoc events, including booth sales and promotional activities

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum qualification of N-Level, O-Level, ITE, or Diploma
• 1–2 years of experience in retail, inventory management, or e-commerce environments preferred
• Service-oriented mindset with strong communication abilities
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms will be advantageous
