About the Roles

We are seeking an Engineering & Quoting Manager to join a manufacturing organization based in Tai Seng. This is a permanent, full-time position operating on a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:45pm). What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate closely with senior management to align departmental goals and strategies
• Develop, monitor, and drive KPIs, performance trends, and operational objectives
• Lead, mentor, and support supervisors, team leads, and technical staff
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as drawings, models, NPI, SOP, and OMS
• Enhance and sustain processes in compliance with ISO-documented procedures
• Oversee accurate usage and data integrity within ERP/MRP systems
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions through CAR and OFI processes
• Manage and track ECOs and EOL items effectively
• Liaise with internal teams and customers to provide updates on engineering projects and RFQs
• Implement checklist-driven reviews to ensure compliance with standards for equipment, packaging, and tooling prior to order processing
• Establish and maintain benchmarks for cost, labour, pricing, and lead times to ensure consistent quotations
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and value-driven outcomes
• Deliver precise and timely cost estimations to support business profitability
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Business Unit Director
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in data analysis and Excel reporting
• Hands-on experience working with ERP/MRP systems
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and customer-provided procedures
