About the Roles

Join a transportation and logistics organization as an Operations Executive / Customer Service Executive – Air Freight, based at Changi Airfreight Centre. This is a permanent position with a 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday: 1:00PM – 9:00PM, Saturday half-day on remote standby), offering a competitive salary of up to $2800 plus variable bonus. This role is ideal for individuals seeking exposure to end-to-end air freight operations in a dynamic environment with structured training provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the full lifecycle of air freight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery from origin to destination.
• Coordinate closely with airlines, freight forwarders, and ground handling teams to facilitate smooth shipment movement.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve shipment issues or delays with effective solutions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipment documentation, including Air Waybills and required customs paperwork.
• Monitor and ensure the integrity of shipment records and operational data.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve workflows and enhance service efficiency.
• Assist in projects and carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, air freight operations, or customer service.
• Familiarity with air freight documentation, systems, and standard operating procedures will be advantageous, though not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Open to candidates without relevant experience, as training will be provided.
