About the Roles

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join a Cooling Solutions Provider based in Kaki Bukit. This is a permanent, full-time role operating on a Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm) schedule. You will be involved in designing and delivering HVAC and building system solutions while supporting both technical and client-facing activities. What You’ll Be Doing

• Review project specifications, drawings, and client requirements to develop compliant HVAC and building system designs.
• Perform system calculations, size equipment, and prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Conduct site visits and technical evaluations to collect essential design data.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to provide technical input and support pre-sales discussions and proposals.
• Develop and submit technical proposals, tender documents, and compliance reports.
• Assess tender requirements to ensure all submissions align with project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to validate design feasibility and technical assumptions.
• Assist in system testing, commissioning, and performance verification processes.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to HVAC and building systems, both on-site and remotely.
• Prepare technical documentation, deliver training sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and After-Sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and design reviews.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and building services systems is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or BIM tools for design interpretation and review.
• Knowledge of testing, commissioning, and system performance validation is a plus.
• Open to candidates without prior experience, as training will be provided.
