Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Draftsman / Project Coordinator located in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore. The employee will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings based on information provided by surveyors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with surveyors, interpreting survey data, and preparing drawings for cadastral, topographical, and measured building surveys. The individual will also assist in maintaining documentation and managing project timelines to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD/MicroStation/BRICSCAD, Drafting, and Technical Drawing skills (Desirable)
• Experience with interpreting survey data and using surveying software (Desirable)
• Experience with Point Cloud processing and extraction (Highly Desirable)
• Experience with Scan to BIM/Plans processes (Highly Desirable)
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with surveyors and project teams
• Bachelor's degree/diploma/NITEC in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Desirable)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in land surveying or construction industry is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Mostly importantly a strong desire to learn

Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,300.00 per month
