Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers through calls, emails, and multiple service channels within designated regions.
• Record, track, and follow up on customer feedback and issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Help maintain and improve internal knowledge bases, workflows, and customer service processes.
• Work closely with different teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, customer support, or related experience.
• Must be proficient in English and Mandarin; Cantonese and Korean (basic) are required for this role.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
