About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for your assigned clients.

Your role is to build strong relationships, understand clients' needs, coordinate with our Operations team, and ensure every client receives excellent service.

You will work closely with our Operations Executive and Supervisors to ensure operational matters are resolved while you focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients.
• Conduct regular client visits and business reviews.
• Understand clients' operational needs and expectations.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.

Client Communication

• Respond to client enquiries promptly.
• Handle client feedback and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate internally with Operations to resolve issues.
• Keep clients updated until issues are fully resolved.

Service Coordination

• Work closely with the Operations team regarding:
• Service quality
• Attendance issues
• Emergency replacements
• Improvement plans
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Business Growth

• Identify opportunities for additional cleaning services or manpower.
• Prepare quotations for existing clients.
• Support contract renewals and account growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
