• End-to-end reporting and accounting
• Responsible for monthly and yearly closing of company's financial account to ensure compliance of regulations.
• Perform reconciliation of accounts
• Assist Manager, Finance on annual reporting adhering to the requirements and audit.
• Other duties to be assigned by the Management from time to time.
• To assist day to day accounting functions included manage data entry and process journal to ensure all business transactions (AR, AP & GL) are recorded on timely basis.
• Responsible for checking and prepare invoice and staff claim.
• To keep track of relevant account documents ( invoice, delivery order and other) and proper filing (month end filing).
• To liaise with external parties e.g bankers/ tax agent/ auditor/ co-sec/ govt authoritie

Required Characteristics:

• Willing to work overtime only when needed ( very rare)
• Proficient in using SQL System
• Has an accounting background with at least 3 years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
