• Contact and follow up customers through Phone call, Whatsapp, SMS and E-SMS to remind on overdue accounts.
• Update progress on a daily basis.
• Performing additional tasks as required.

Requirements：

• Candidate must possess minimum Diploma or higher in relevant majors.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required. Candidates with related experience will be given preference.
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel.
• Good following up skills.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle a certain level of work pressure.
