Material Processing Control Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Ensure materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
• Maintain a consistent and sufficient supply of materials for production.
• Oversee material delivery schedules and prepare performance reports while liaising with internal teams and suppliers.
• Manage inventory, including returns to stock (RTS), schedule changes, and cancellations.
• Use ERP software for accurate material tracking and resolve discrepancies between production and logistics records.
• Collaborate with departments to forecast material needs and coordinate project layout with Customer Project Management.
• Troubleshoot supply chain issues and propose solutions.
• Schedule the packing of finished products.
