Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other finance-related documents.
• Assist with monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and support payment follow-ups.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on finance-related matters.
• Perform any other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Ability to multitask and willing to learn.
• Detail oriented and organised; good time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a start-up environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
