JEV Management & Trading Hiring! Full Time Retail Assistant (Gym) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

Job Scope/Responsibilities:

• Attend to all walk-in customers
• Conduct gym tours and explain our membership packages
• Understand customer goals, budget, and commitment level before recommending the right package
• Follow up with leads consistently through call/WhatsApp and set up appointment with prospect.
• Generate referrals and reactivate expired members
• Close membership and fitness package sales
• Work together with Personal Trainers to convert prospects into PT clients
• Support front desk duties such as check-ins, payments, and customer inquiries
• Support daily gym operations during assigned shifts.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and confident front-of-house presence

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic computer knowledge
• Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
• 3 Shift arrangement – 6:30am – 2:30pm, 1:30pm – 9:00pm, 4:30pm – 12:30am
• Experience in sales is an advantage (training provided)
