Responsibilities & Duties

• Achieve a minimum sales figure of RM 2,500,000.00 per year.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients (especially architects and landscape architects).
• Make cold calls to prospective clients and making appointments.
• Create compelling sales pitches.
• Reach out to potential clients on a cyclical basis to inform them about our latest products and services.
• Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales leads.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volumes of dealers.
• Submits quotations by referring to price lists and product drawings/specifications.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Recommends changes in products, service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; and making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
• Assist the existing designer with creating design proposals and rendering using SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, or Photoshop (optional).
• *Work may be required outside working hours (9:00 am to 6:30 pm) or on weekends, especially for the presentation of design proposals. If weekend work is necessary, overtime hours can be adjusted accordingly to compensate for the additional time worked
