Job Descriptions

• Assist CEO in PR and building relationships with key leaders and business partners
• Assist CEO in meetings, networking sessions, and business-related occasions when required
• Arrange and coordinate dinners, gifts, and informal networking sessions when needed
• Manage and build CEO personal IP and social media presence
• Plan, support, and execute content ideas for CEO personal branding strategy
• Provide support for urgent and ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements:

• Experience in PR/ digital marketing/ Branding/ PA / Executive Assistant
• Experience in handle confidential and sensitive information
• Experience communicate with business partner or external parties
• Able to anticipate needs, and solve problems independently
