Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking an eCommerce Manager to drive the growth of our online business across all digital channels while ensuring a seamless experience between our online and physical stores. You will own the day-to-day management of our webstore and supply chain teams to deliver a true omnichannel experience for Malaysian shoppers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales across owned webstore (e.g., Shopify/Magento/WooCommerce) and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora).
  • Drive omnichannel initiatives such as click-and-collect, ship-from-store, endless aisle, and unified inventory visibility.
  • Plan and execute online campaigns aligned to key Malaysian retail moments (e.g., 9.9/10.10/11.11/12.12 mega sales, Raya, Merdeka, year-end).
  • Own the online product catalogue: listings, pricing, promotions, content, and accuracy across all channels.
  • Analyse performance (traffic, conversion, AOV, ROAS, return rate) and report on online and omnichannel KPIs.
  • Coordinate with performance marketing on paid search, social, and marketplace ads to hit revenue and CAC targets.
  • Work with logistics/3PL partners to ensure fast, reliable fulfilment and returns (J&T, Ninja Van, Pos Laju, etc.).
  • Optimise the on-site experience (UX, checkout, payment gateways — FPX, e-wallets like Touch 'n Go/GrabPay, BNPL) to lift conversion.
  • Manage relationships with marketplace account managers to secure campaign slots and platform support.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce, digital retail, or a related field, ideally within an omnichannel or retail environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing at least one major marketplace (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop) and an owned webstore platform.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Google Analytics, marketplace seller centres, and Excel.
  • Understanding of the Malaysian eCommerce landscape, local payment methods, and logistics providers.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social, EDM) and how it drives online sales.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Commission structure
  • Opportunity to shape the omnichannel strategy of a growing retailer.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • E-commerce: 5 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
