Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site operations and manpower.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and site issues.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, records, and progress documentation.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Record daily manpower and activity summaries.
• Attend site meetings and assist in planning and scheduling of works.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Construction Manager.
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

Requirement

• 2–3 years’ experience in high-rise building construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD is compulsory.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and safety regulations.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
