Responsibilities
URGENT HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (Mandarin Speaker)
Location: Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri
Position: Customer Service
Salary Package:
- RM3,000 Basic Salary
- RM600 Night Shift Allowance
- RM500 KPI Incentive
- Total Potential Earnings: Up to RM4,100/month
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding such as general enquiries, complaints and feedback, product-related issues
- Provide accurate information and deliver excellent customer service
- Work closely with the team to achieve KPI targets and SLA requirements
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification
Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
Experience in customer service or service industry is a plus
Fresh graduates are welcome (full training provided)
Willing to work rotational shifts and off days
Working Schedule:
- 24/7 Rotational Shift
- 5 working days + 2 days off
- 9 hours per shift (including 1 hour break)
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,100.00 per month
Work Location: In person
