We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Pharmacy Assistant to join our pharmacy team. The Pharmacy Assistant will assist pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing inventory, providing customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in dispensing medications and preparing prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Maintain accurate records of medications dispensed, patient information, and inventory levels.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries and providing information about medications.
• Help manage and organize the pharmacy’s inventory, including ordering, restocking, and checking expiration dates.
• Ensure medications are stored and handled in accordance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Assist in the preparation of medication blister packs and labels.
• Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Comply with all legal, regulatory, and safety standards related to pharmaceutical practice.

Requirements :

• Nationality : Malaysian
• Possesses Diploma in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Pleasant attitude, good interpersonal and communications skills
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
