Job Summary:

The Assistant Planner and Production helps the planning and production teams with paperwork, data entry, and scheduling support. This role is mainly office-based and helps keep things organized so production runs smoothly and on time.

Main Responsibilities:

• Help prepare and update daily or weekly production schedules.
• Help for Production Manpower Update
• Enter production data into Excel or company systems.
• Print and file work orders, reports, and other production documents.
• Track progress of production and update records.
• Communicate with the warehouse, purchasing, human resource and production teams.
• Assist with stock reports and material tracking.
• Support the planner or manager with preparing simple reports.
• Keep records organized and easy to find.

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma/High school or equivalent.
• Some office or clerical experience (preferably in a factory or production setting).
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
• Good at organizing files and paying attention to details.
• Can work with others and follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of how production or manufacturing works is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Mostly office work, but may visit the production floor.
• Fast-paced environment with daily deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
