Working Hour: 10am – 7pm

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Salary Range – RM2,000 – RM2,500

Job Description:

• Assist daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, and storing spare parts.
• Check incoming items and ensure quantity and condition are correct based on delivery documents.
• Arrange and organize spare parts according to company procedures.
• Update and maintain inventory records for spare parts and warehouse items.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse documents such as Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), and delivery records.
• Assist in stock count and inventory checking activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock movement and operational requirements.
• Ensure warehouse area and records are properly maintained.
• Support overall warehouse and inventory operations while ensuring efficiency, accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM Certification or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• No working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or spare parts handling would be an advantage
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Good teamwork and communication skills

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
