About the Role

We are looking for an After-Sales Engineer to support cloud-native product expansion in the Malaysian market. This role will focus on providing technical guidance, post-sales support, troubleshooting, and customer-facing technical assistance for customers using cloud-native / container platform solutions.

The successful candidate will also act as a bridge between customers and the technical team to ensure smooth implementation, issue resolution, and strong customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Provide on-site guidance and training for customers during product trials and implementation.
• Help customers resolve technical issues and serve as the key technical communication bridge between customers and the company.
• Maintain good customer relationships through responsive and professional technical support.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, deliver technical solutions, and provide post-sales support.
• Prepare technical documents such as project proposals, bidding documents, test reports, and implementation plans.
• Collect and consolidate customer and market requirements to support product improvement and back-end R&D planning.
• Participate in relevant marketing activities and deliver technical presentations when required.
• Carry out technical exchanges and cooperation with partners.
• Handle customer issue tickets and ensure timely resolution.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in IT or internet-related companies.
• Familiar with mainstream cloud computing technologies and enterprise products.
• Experience in after-sales support, R&D, or operations/maintenance for medium to large-scale projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Pay: RM5,800.00 - RM14,500.00 per month
