1. Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct workforce planning and analysis to anticipate future staffing needs and ensure the availability of skilled talent.
2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Implement best practices for onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and communication strategies.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
4. Performance Management:
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
5. Training and Development:
- Identify training and development needs through TNA/TNI, performance evaluations and skills assessments.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies and support career growth.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, incentives, employee insurance, and employee benefits administration.
- Conduct regular reviews of compensation practices to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
7. HR Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- To handle and manage labor related matters including compensation, disputes, arbitration and any other related matters in a professional and compliant manner.
8. Employee Safety and Wellness:
- Oversee employee safety and wellness programs to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and health regulations, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and other applicable legislation in Malaysia.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address safety concerns and implement preventive measures.
9. Administrative Management:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, facilities maintenance, and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Manage premise maintenance (air conditioner, photocopier machine, water filter system, electricity or lighting system, thumbprint machine, firefighting system, etc.),
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services and supplies.
- Coordinate corporate events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
- To develop and organize administrative management system on various rules and regulations, work processes and to supervise their implementation.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years and above proven work experiences in HR field.
- Experienced working in manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of best HR practices and Employee Relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrable leadership abilities.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders effectively.
