POSITION:

• Procurement Service Desk

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Procurement of computers, hardware peripherals and software.
• Review supply requests and purchase orders to determine & document new assets.
• Communicate with IT Procurement teams to review request discrepancies.
• Creating requisition order (RO) / purchase requisition (PR) and issuing the Purchase Order (PO) – PO to CC the IT Procurement team (HQ).
• Ensure all PO to be send to vendor.
• Track all purchase requisition PR/RO until PO is issued to vendor in the share point file - IT Procurement will provide the link.

HIRING PROFILE:

• Minimum Diploma and above

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:

• Basic in English & BM in both written & spoken
• Candidate must be able to read, understand and write in Mandarin.
• Preferably 3 years relevant working experience

BASIC SALARY:

• RM4000 to RM4500 (Max)

AGE:

• Minimum 19 years old, maximum 40 years old

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• 12 months contract with respective employment, thereafter renewable is on yearly basis (solely depend on performance, attendance & discipline)

WORKING HOURS :

• Monday - Friday
• 8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm
• 2 days off (rotational) on weekly basis

WORK LOCATION:

• Menara Gamuda, Petaling Jaya

ALLOWANCES:

• Language allowance –RM300
• Perfect Attendance :RM150

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
