Experience: 1 years' experience in inspection and quality system, in a manufacturing environment.

Education: Possession of a minimum a SPM. Further qualifications will be a plus.

Skills/Knowledge:

1. Thorough knowledge and use of Calipers, Feeler Gauges, Straightness bar etc.

2. Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia/English

3. Familiar with ISO standards.

4. Willing to work in rotation shifts.

Responsibilities:

1. Review shipping document (SD) schedules and prioritize inspections based on shipment deadlines and customer requirements. (Refer to the intranet system via tablet)

2. Coordinate with production, FGS and logistic teams to schedule inspections at appropriate times in the shipping process.

3. Conduct thorough inspections of finished goods prior to shipment date, product code, batch code, shipment quantity, carton quantity per pallet, customer and truck plat number following the shipping document (SD).

4. Inspect product appearance, work size, labelling, packaging and other relevant attributes to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

5. Check for defects, damage, pallet damage or deviations from quality standards, documenting findings and recording inspections results accurately in the intranet system.

6. Generate inspection certificates or quality assurance documents to accompany shipments, certifying that products meet quality requirements. (key-in to intranet system)

7. Notify appropriate personnel of any quality issues, non-conformities, or deviations from specifications identified during inspections. Block the shipment lot in the intranet system.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Unblock the shipment lot in the intranet system.

9. Other duties as assigned.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
