Location: Pengerang Integrated Petroleum Complex (Johor)

Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards and regulations.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and records.
• Coordinate management review meetings and prepare quality performance reports.
• Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Work closely with project, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and certification bodies on quality-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and contractual quality requirements.
• Supervise and mentor quality personnel.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the construction, engineering, or infrastructure industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Experience conducting internal and external quality audits.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and PDCA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
