JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin ( To liase with China Supplier) .
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Required skill(s): Good negotiation & sourcing skills, meticulous & analytical.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Generate Purchase Order for Raw material, packing bag and others request.
• To source, to negotiate for better pricing & terms of direct & in -direct material
• Respond to supplier for any discrepancy of goods received & close CPAR.
• Timely & accurate report to Purchasing Manager
• Follow up delivery and Re-schedule delivery when necessary
• To verify & timely submission of Supplier invoice to accounts department.
• Negotiate effectively with all suppliers to ensure that the company gets optimum delivery, cost, and quality on purchased materials
• PO creation/issuance/amendments
