Join Our Team as a Collection Officer!

Responsibilities:

• Regimented calling to debtors for payment.
• Negotiate and propose practical repayment plans tailored to customers’ situations.
• Respond professionally to defaulters’ enquiries regarding overdue payments and available payment options.
• Initiate site visit requests and searches where required.
• Manage and coordinate repossession-related mattersin line with company procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely updates of collection activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder in any field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in collections or credit control.
• Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

This position is offered on a 3-month contract with a 9-month extension, renewable based on performance
