Position: Agency Success Manager

Location: Johor Bahru

Remuneration: RM 3,500 - RM 4,000 + EPF/SOCSO + Performance Bonuses

About the Role:

Astra Group is a leading financial services agency with a strong growth trajectory, currently managing over 240 agents and 14 agency leaders. We are looking for an experienced and systems-driven Agency Success Manager to oversee agency operations, drive compliance, and facilitate training. This role is central to executing our strategic objectives and ensuring our workforce is fully equipped to deliver comprehensive wealth solutions encompassing Life Insurance, General Insurance, Unit Trusts, and Will Writing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agent Onboarding & Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for all new agents. Manage portal setups and ensure seamless integration into the agency's operational workflow.
• Performance & KPI Monitoring: Utilize our automated data systems to track agency submissions and monitor production goals. Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable reports to agency leaders to ensure production targets are met.
• Training & Development: Conduct operational training sessions for the agency force. Educate agents on standard operating procedures, compliance standards, and product structuring across all our financial licenses.
• Operational Excellence: Serve as the primary liaison between the agents and the company, enforcing agency standards, resolving backend bottlenecks, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the financial services, insurance, or wealth management sector is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with the confidence to enforce company protocols and hold a large sales force accountable to their performance metrics.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to train and educate adult learners effectively.
• Analytically minded and highly comfortable utilizing digital portals, automated reporting tools, and performance dashboards.
