Currently, we are looking for internship students for the October intake to be placed in Purchasing department.

Job Description:

• Assist in issuing Purchase Orders (PO) for materials and supplies.
• Support the purchasing team in shipment activities and logistics coordination.
• Assist in tracking orders to ensure timely delivery and manage communication with suppliers.
• Work closely with the purchasing team in daily operational activities, including inventory management, supplier negotiations, and procurement planning.
• Help with documentation and filing related to purchasing transactions.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must be pursuing at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
