Job Description:

• Plumbing: Fixing leaking taps, unclogging sinks and drains, and replacing faulty bathroom fixtures.
• Electrical: Performing minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs, fuses, and sockets, and installing light fixtures or smoke alarms.
• Painting & Patching: Touch-up painting, repainting walls, and patching drywall or plaster holes.
• General Maintenance: Cleaning gutters, pressure washing exterior areas, hanging curtains or pictures, and basic landscaping.
• Inspections: Routinely checking facility conditions to identify issues before they require major renovations.

Requirement:

• Able to work on shift, weekend and Public Holiday.
• Strong hands-on technical skills with a working knowledge of tools and equipment.
• Physical stamina for lifting, standing, and manual labor.
• Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
